Order Processing:

• Each Item is special made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the creation and preparation of your mirror before it is ready for shipment.
• Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Details:

• All orders are shipped from New Mexico. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. InkCarved is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

Damage During Shipping:

• In the unlikely event that your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you in processing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns Policy:

• We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for custom orders, items damaged through customer misuse, or items purchased on sale.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email me at [mel@inkcarved.com] 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the defective or damaged item.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
3. Packaging: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ensure the item is securely protected to avoid further damage during return shipping.
4. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using the provided shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage upon arrival.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage upon arrival.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
